    Each entry in the dictionary database is considered a single Drupal node. The node then can have any number of properties.

    The components of an entry

    • Node, defined by the kasahorow Database Publisher module
      • Word / Phrase - formal spelling (academic form, with tones)
        • Formal plural form (academic form, with tones)
        • Alternate formal singular spellings (including automated conversion to EDUC spelling)
        • Alternate formal plural spellings (including automated conversion to EDUC spelling)
      • Headword (hidden from ordinary viewers; used to locate the entry and dictate its alphabetical position )
      • Definition in own language
      • Example
      • Notes
      • Linked language translation of definition
      • Linked language translation of example
      • Linked language translation of notes
    • Taxonomies, defined by the Taxonomy module
      • Applies to all dictionary database node types
        • Part of Speech [ Designated as primary taxonomy vocabulary ]

        • Scientific classification
      • Applies to only Lingala
        • Noun class (including Urban)/ Verb type
        • Adjective and pronoun forms for noun classes
