Measuring Inclusion in Our Communities

Recently, we’ve been investigating ways we can measure social inclusion in our communities, in an effort to further our mission of promoting inclusion in all languages. After engaging with a team of experts, we’re looking to partner with an organisation that has experience conducting social surveys within African communities. Our aim is to have a longitudinal study, measuring how social inclusion attitudes change over time.

Our pilot project would focus on gender and sexuality views in West Africa, conducting annual surveys across the community for a minimum period of three years. This undertaking would be something that we would hope to replicate over a number of different social inclusion areas across multiple countries.

These insights would help us understand the growth of social inclusion over time and drive our focus areas for kasahorow.
